About us
Fabiani & Partners is a global firm at the intersection of design, architecture, and investment pioneering a new era of intelligent, emotionally attuned spaces that enhance wellbeing, longevity, and human potential.
We design more than spaces, we design intelligent environments that heal, inspire, and evolve with you.
We’re shaping the future
Founded by visionary entrepreneur Adela Fabian, our mission is to create transformative environments from healing homes and luxury retreats to modular smart cities, where design becomes a living system, infused with artificial intelligence, sustainability, and soul.
I created Fabiani & Partners not just to build, but to transform. After two years of personal healing, I realized that our homes and cities are either depleting us or regenerating us.
This is my mission: to create spaces that extend life, expand potential, and embody love.
We are all connected
Fabiani & Partners is a global firm advancing the future of living through architecture, design, and AI. We create environments that integrate technology, sustainability, and emotional intelligence from regenerative homes and wellness spaces to modular, data-responsive cities.
Our spaces are not static. They are living systems designed to adapt, to heal, and to elevate human potential.
Fabiani & Partners isn’t just shaping spaces. We’re shaping the future of how we live, feel, and thrive.
Our Values & Vision
AI-integrated design that learns and adapts

Artful, timeless, and emotionally resonant design
Harmonizing with nature, not extracting from it
Every decision reflects a deeper purpose
We envision a world where every living environment supports life itself physically, emotionally, and energetically.
